What these cover

These terms cover your use of nextscaledigital.com. They do not govern client work. Every engagement runs under its own written agreement, and where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

The content on this site

The articles and service pages here are general information about search marketing. They are written from work done for businesses in the Greater Toronto Area and they may not apply to your situation. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a search ranking, a lead volume or a revenue outcome.

Search engines change how they rank, competitors change what they do, and neither is under our control or anyone else’s. Treat any figure on this site as a description of the past rather than a forecast.

The free audit

The audit offered on the contact page is free and carries no obligation on either side. Requesting one does not create a client relationship, and we may decline to run one where the business is outside what we can usefully help with.

The report is provided as-is, based on data available at the time it is run. Ranking and search volume data comes from third-party sources and from Google’s own tools, and can change day to day. You are free to use the report however you like, including taking it to another agency.

Ownership

The text, design and code of this site belong to Next Scale Digital. Client names and marks appearing on it belong to those clients and are used to describe work we performed.

You may quote from the articles with attribution and a link. You may not republish a page in full.

Where this site links to somewhere else, we do not control what is on the other end and are not responsible for it.

Liability

This site is provided without warranty. To the extent the law allows, Next Scale Digital is not liable for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, information published here. Client engagements carry their own liability terms, agreed in writing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it.
